I was there late so it was steam-table focused rather than the Indo-Chinese offerings, but there was still plenty to choose from. I got black chickpeas, potatoes with string beans and chicken curry, which had a great, complex sauce that may or may not have contained nutmeg. The "small" rice was quite large.

I came here for a friend's prewedding event (mehndi night) held in the downstairs party hall. The space was nicely decorated and tables were set spaciously around the open floorplan, which converted into a dance floor later in the evening. We found the food surprisingly tasty and the service accommodating. They had set out many different appetizers, entrees, and sides all served buffet-style, and had place cards so people knew what they were grabbing. Their tandoori chicken was deep and red, served with peppers and onions on a large platter. The service was friendly, clearing our plates so we could hit the buffet all over again. The personnel also seamlessly coordinated the evening's events, from group photos to games to getting out on the dance floor. A fun evening all around, even if the neighborhood it's in seem a little iffy.
